The Role

As our founding AI/ML Engineer, you'll own the entire intelligence layer of Luminary — from content generation and personalization to engagement optimization and social graph analysis. You'll work directly with the founders and have massive influence over the product's direction.

What You'll Build

• AI-powered content generation engine for LinkedIn posts, comments, and messages
• Personalization models that adapt to each user's voice, industry, and goals
• Engagement optimization algorithms — timing, targeting, and content strategy
• NLP pipelines for analyzing LinkedIn feeds, profiles, and trending topics
• LLM integrations (GPT, Claude, open-source models) with prompt engineering at scale
• Social graph analysis and recommendation systems for network growth

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering, NLP, or data science
• Hands-on experience with LLMs — fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.)
• Experience building production ML systems, not just notebooks
• Understanding of content generation, recommendation systems, or social media algorithms
• Bias toward shipping fast — we iterate rapidly and value speed over perfection
